The experience · Washington Ave, Houston
Past the pastries. Into the dark.
The Sugar Room is hidden behind a working bakery on Washington Ave. This is the walk, in the order you’ll take it.
Thursday–Sunday · 7pm–2am · Walk-ins welcome
Chapter I · Enter
It starts at a pastry case.
Look for the pink neon on Washington Ave: a script “sugar room” and a big pink R on a white building. Walk right in. The front of the house is a working bakery: bright lights, a pastry case, sweet treats on the board. Act natural. Keep walking.

Chapter II · Reveal
Then the lights drop.
Through the dry storage room, and the bakery is gone. Exposed brick, ring chandeliers, a back bar lit up like a jewelry case. Give your eyes a second. Your first hand-crafted cocktail is a few steps away.
